Appointments

Our office is organized on an appointment system. We will make every effort to arrange an appointment that is convenient for you and we will always make room for urgent problems. We have evening and weekend availability. We do ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. Making an appointment exclusively reserves your therapist’s time. You will be charged for any missed appointments without canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance.

Fees-Insurance

The payment policies of the practice are designed to make the financial arrangements as simple as possible. Payment for services is expected at each visit by cash, check, VISA, or Mastercard. Participating insurance plans will be filed. If you are insured by a non-participating plan, payment is due at the time of service. You will receive an itemized statement to submit to your carrier for reimbursement.

Most insurance plans accepted, please check with your therapist.

Location

We are conveniently located just north of downtown Dallas on the access road of I-75. Take the Mockingbird exit, just past University Boulevard. We are on the right. Your vehicle will be valet parked at no cost to you.

We are between the Mockingbird Station, and the Lovers Lane Station on the DART light rail line. We are also within a couple of blocks of several bus stops.
